My Wonderful Life is a simple, sensible and scientifically supported self-help strategy. You can use it as a personal toolkit in your own time, in your own way; or you can ask us to support you along your journey as much or as little as you choose.

Either way, My Wonderful Life has the power to change your life.  

Or, rather, it offers you the power to increase your personal levels of happiness, satisfaction and fulfilment until you find yourself living a life you will truly want to describe as wonderful.

So much self-help of the past decade has been built around our assumptions of material prosperity and environmental affluence. Suddenly, all the claims that you can be anyone or anything you like simply by believing it enough, or achieve fame and fortune through contacting the cosmos, look tawdry and false against the backdrop of financial and personal insecurity.

My Wonderful Life shows that in any situation, even economic meltdown, the one thing you can control is yourself. You can choose to be optimistic, decide to be in control of your life, your finances and stress levels, re-evaluate your goals, attitudes and interests; refresh your relationships and discover how to be simply fulfilled, satisfied and joyful.

By following the tips, undertaking some or all of the exercises, getting organised, taking control and planning Your Wonderful Life, you will gradually find yourself surrounded by all that you’ve been searching for; achieving goals and realising dreams you’ve mistakenly relegated to the “Too Hard” basket of your life.
